InnerView Youth Service Platform
Serve Connecticut is pleased to partner with InnerView to provide an innovative platform to empower Connecticut’s high school aged youth leaders to capture and share their diverse service and volunteerism activities.
Serve Connecticut Community Impact Award
Participating Connecticut high school aged youth who document a minimum of 20 service hours toward four or more service activities over the school year (June 1, 2026 - April 15, 2027) will earn a Serve Connecticut Community Impact Award.
InnerView is a FREE intuitive mobile tool that allows participating youth to track the hours they spend on service and volunteer experiences. InnerView then builds that service data into a digital service resume that youth can use to stand out when applying for jobs, scholarships and post-secondary education!
How are Connecticut students eligible for the Serve Connecticut Community Impact Award?
For consideration, Connecticut high school aged youth are invited to add their service activity on InnerView:
- Create a service profile, including your name, school and interests
- Add service activities using your phone to add a photo and details
- View your community impact and progress toward award eligibility over time
To be eligible for award consideration for the 2026-2027 award year, service activities must be completed between June 1, 2026 and April 15, 2027 and entered in the InnerView platform no later than 11:59pm, April 15, 2027.
In late April/May of the year you are awarded the Serve CT Community Impact Award, your school principal will receive an email notifying them that you (and potentially other students) will have earned one or more awards – you’ll be included on that email. Award packets will be shipped to schools and distributed to you via your school's award process (ceremonies, graduation, etc.).
